What should I include in a resin inquiry?
Share the material or current grade, processing method, application, monthly quantity, delivery destination and required documents. A drawing, part description or target specification helps narrow the discussion.
How do virgin and off-grade materials differ?
Virgin describes material origin; off-grade describes conformance to a defined specification. The terms are not opposites. For off-grade offers, confirm the actual property range, variation, appearance and lot documentation before a production trial.
Are recycled, bio-based and biodegradable the same?
No. Recycled content concerns recovered feedstock. Bio-based concerns feedstock origin. Biodegradability concerns behavior under defined conditions. Request evidence for the specific claim and grade.
Can I order directly from a data sheet?
Start an inquiry with the grade name. ARK will confirm availability, producer, current specifications, pricing and delivery terms. Final material suitability depends on your process and application testing.
What packaging formats can I discuss?
Ask about 25 kg bags, big bags, octabins or bulk delivery. Available packaging and shipment size depend on the grade, supply route and quotation.
